Shipping
We ship worldwide.
We proudly offer free shipping within Malaysia via Gdex. Insurance and/or any premium delivery services are optional with additional charges. Do inform us when confirming the delivery option. We are happy to assist you with the extra charges.
Grab service within Klang Valley is available upon request and charges shall be borne by buyer. For International Shipping, please contact us for details.
Payment
We accept bank transfers, e-wallets and credit cards.
Payment and/or deposit paid is not refundable, exchangeable or transferable. Balance payment has to be made within 30 days from the date of payment of the deposit. We reserve our rights to forfeit any deposit paid in the event of default of the balance payment within the period.
*Once the items are sold and left our premises, we are not liable for any damage or loss of the goods, including during the delivery process.
